As per the Indian Bureau resolution passed in May 2022 which ratified the establishment of the Indian CPO. Initially, an Oversight Committee was formed consisting of the following members:

Thereafter, the CPO Secretariate Body was formed which will be the implementing authority and will report to the Oversight Committee who will report to Indian Bureau, and liaison with the temples in cases of non-cooperation. And the Secretariate Body currently consists of:

Director, CPO Oversight Committee
Born in New Zealand, HG Pañcaratna Dāsa joined ISKCON in Adelaide, Australia in 1981. After studying Civil Engineering and running a construction company, he served six years as a traveling sankirtan devotee across South and Western Australia, distributing Srila Prabhupada’s books and collecting funds.
In 1987, he moved to Sri Dham Mayapur to oversee the construction of Srila Prabhupada’s Samadhi with over 300 workers, then transferred to Vrindavan and Jaipur in 1991, becoming Temple President. He contributed to the development of 13 extension centers in Jaipur and 35 centers across Rajasthan, and serves as RSA for Marwar Zone.
In 2021, he proposed the formation of CPO Bharat, now approved by the ISKCON India Bureau, and acts as Co-Director. He oversees the secretariat, accounts, liaison with the GBC and ICPO, ensures cooperation of ISKCON India centers, and supports smooth team operations. Dedicated to child protection education, he prioritizes timely verification of complaints while developing systems of counselling and support for both victims and perpetrators.
Director, CPO Secretariate
Originally from Mumbai and now based in Solapur, HG Daivi Prakriti Devi Dāsī joined ISKCON in 2004 under the guidance of HH Lokanath Swami Maharaj. She earned a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, specializing in Criminology and Correctional Administration.
Her career spans over three decades in social work, including two years at a children’s home and long-term involvement with PRAYAS, a field project dedicated to criminal justice reform and rehabilitation. She has focused on the reformation of young offenders, juvenile delinquents, and women rescued from exploitation, and has conducted extensive training and sensitization workshops for officials, social work students, police personnel, judiciary members, and prison staff.
As Director of CPO Bharat Secretariat, she oversees the formation and support of Child Protection Teams (CPT) across ISKCON temples, schools, and communities, organizes awareness programs, guides investigations, provides counselling, prepares reports, and maintains records of all cases. Her work ensures child protection measures are implemented effectively while promoting support, guidance, and healing for all involved.

HG Sumitra Kṛṣṇa Dāsa is a senior ISKCON devotee and disciple of HH Jayapataka Swami, with extensive experience in administration and spiritual leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Business Administration.
He has been part of ISKCON Chennai since 1985, serving as traveling sankirtan leader and later as Temple President, overseeing the inauguration of the Sri Sri Radha Krishna temple in 2012. He has completed multiple certification courses in child protection, leadership, mediation, ombudsman work, and devotee care. He has also served as Vice Chairman of the Indian Continental Committee, and as a member of SABHA and ISKCON Bharat Advisory Committee.
In CPO Bharat, he assists in establishing Child Protection Teams (CPT), arranging reports, facilitating child protection training seminars, liaising with ISKCON bodies, advising on legal matters, and supporting case adjudication. His contributions strengthen child protection systems while promoting awareness, education, and prevention across ISKCON.

HG Karuņākar Acyuta Dāsa hails from Agra and has been associated with ISKCON since 2002 as a disciple of HH Jayapataka Swami Maharaj. After serving 20 years in the Indian Air Force, he settled in Vrindavan, where he has been teaching at Bhaktivedanta Gurukula and International School for the past five years, counselling children and participating as a Child Protection Team member.
He holds a postgraduate degree from Agra University and brings extensive experience in education, counselling, and child protection.
At CPO Bharat, his responsibilities include supporting investigations, providing counselling, and conducting training for Child Protection Teams. His work ensures that child protection policies are implemented effectively while fostering a safe, supportive, and educational environment for children across ISKCON centers.
