The following individuals are being suspended, on an interim basis, from the managerial, administrative, and leadership responsibilities associated with their present positions within ISKCON Nepal, pending the conclusion of the applicable inquiry and disciplinary process:
1. Igor Oblonkov (Patri Das) — Regional Secretary2. Rupesh Joshi (Rupeshwor Gaur Das) — Executive Secretary, ISKCON Nepal Executive Committee3. Soenja Shrestha (Sucharu Gopi Devi Dasi) — Vice President, ISKCON Budhanilkantha4. Suraj Krishna Shrestha (Sundar Gopal Das) — Principal, ISKCON Budhanilkantha Bhaktivedanta Gurukula5. Devina Saakha (Divya Radhika Devi Dasi) — Treasurer, ISKCON Nepal Executive Committee6. Prema Chand (Pushpanjali Devi Dasi) — Member, ISKCON Nepal Executive Committee7. Sabin Regmi (Mahaprabhu Kripa Das) — President, ISKCON Budhanilkantha; Vice-President, ISKCON Nepal Executive Committee8. Harendra Thakur (Harihara Karunamaya Das) — Secretary, ISKCON Budhanilkantha; Co-Secretary, ISKCON Nepal Executive Committee
These interim measures are precautionary in nature and are not intended to prejudge the final outcome of the inquiry or disciplinary process. No final determination of individual responsibility should be inferred from these measures. Each concerned individual will be afforded an appropriate opportunity to respond and participate in the applicable process in accordance with the principles of fairness and due process.
